Rev. (Engr.) Ayo Ogunduyile is the President of Emlay Group International, LLC. A consulting firm he started in 2007 after retiring from the position of Project Engineering Manager (Fasteners) at Navistar International Transportation Corporation, Springfield, Ohio with 21 yrs of employment. Prior to the positiont at Navistar, he was employed at Hobart Corporation, Troy, Ohio, Delco-Moraine in Dayton and BF Goodrich Aerospace Corporation. He also served the Dayton Public School System.
A graduate of Central State University, University of Dayton College of Engineering and Executive Management Leadership Program from the Haslam College of Business Administration, University of Tennessee, Knoxville in March 1999.
Ayo has served on several boards in the Miami Valley including five years (1982-1987) on the Congressional Advisory Council for Congressman Tony Hall. He also served for four years (1980-1984) on the Racial Reconciliation Board of Episcopal Diocese of Southern Ohio during which he travelled to Nigeria in the company of (Late) George C. Cooper, retired Human Services Director for the City of Dayton. Ayo is President Emeritus of National Society of Black Engineers, Dayton Professional Chapter (2001-2003). He has also served as the first President of Central State University Manufacturing Engineering Industrial Advisory Committee (IAC) for the first two years (1990-1992). He also served on the Board of K.D.I. (Can Do It) program for mentally retarded students of Dayton Public School System. The program was attached to Grace A. Greene Vocational School.
Ayo attends Zion Baptist Church, Dayton, Ohio, where he serves as Associate Minister.
