Traci Martin began her real estate career in Columbus, Ohio, in 1995 with New World Real Estate, serving as a Personal Assistant, Office Manager, and Supervisor. In 1998, she became a licensed real estate agent in Dayton, Ohio, under the leadership of local brokers Fred and Cora Diggs at People First Realty. In 2017, Traci joined the Greater Dayton Realtist Association (GDRA), where she was elected President in 2025.
Dedicated to the mission of Democracy in Housing, Traci has served on several boards within the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB). She is a founding member of NAREB’s Women’s Council of Ohio (established in 2018), and has held multiple leadership roles including Corresponding Secretary, Assistant Treasurer, Treasurer, 1st Vice President, and now President of GDRA. She has also served as a Director for the Ohio Realtist Association and as a member of the CI (Commercial & Industrial) Committee at Dayton Realtors.
Professionally, Traci brings more than 15 years of experience in corporate leadership, having worked with Ameritech, SBC, and AT&T, where she held roles such as Sales Analyst, Sales Manager, Product Coordinator, and Technical Consultant, earning numerous awards for performance and leadership.
While attending Wright State University, Traci worked part-time in Marketing Management at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. Her determination as a single parent living on campus with her two young children earned her recognition in the university newspaper. She later earned her Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from Wilberforce University and completed her Real Estate Certifications at Hondros College. Traci is also a Real Estate Broker Candidate, having achieved her educational requirements.
Traci is the proud mother of three sons—Ron (Fortis College graduate), Navy (Clark College graduate), and Chris, who served in the Air Force and is married to Aja. She is also a loving grandmother to two grandchildren.
